Grown in the Mogiana region of Brazil’s northeastern state of Sao Paulo, these beans are harvested and sun dried on patios by members of the Cocapec Cooperative. The cooperative was founded in 1985 and today has 50,000 hectares dedicated to the cultivation of coffee in the region.
